Before 24 hours cancellation

Please be advised that cancellation to any service made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, phone call will be 100% refunded.

24 hours or less cancellation

However, cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a fee and some services will be non-refundable. 

• Threading, tinting and lash(regular & foreign) removal services will not be refunded.

• All other services will be subject to a $20 late cancellation fee.

Refund policy:

No refunds are offered on any of our services.
If you have an allergic reaction to a service we provided, a removal will be offered free of charge.
